Change/Alteration Application: ATTENTION Homeowners: If you are planning a change or addition to your property/home you can get the necessary application here. Please Note: The Victoria's Grant Home Owners Association (VGHOA) Board has 30 days from the receipt of the Change Application to provide a written response.
